A person with an Indian accent called claiming to be from Commonwealth Bank security. When I told him I don't bank with Commonwealth, he mistakenly referred to Westpac, which I also do not bank with. He then hung up abruptly after my response.
This number called me but didn’t leave a voicemail. I suspect it is a spam call.
The caller stated they would charge me $99 to renew an Amazon account that I do not have. They instructed me to press 1 to cancel. I immediately recognized this as a scam and refused to engage further.
A caller rang me trying to get me to cancel a service to avoid being charged on my credit card. The connection was poor, and I could hardly hear her. I yelled that I don’t have an Amazon account, and she mentioned it hadn’t been used in 7 months. I told her to cancel and leave me alone, then I hung up and blocked the number.
Scammer. "Security" department from my bank asking if I made a transfer to a "John Smith" today.
I had to press him for which bank and he eventually said Commonwealth bank.

No doubt the number is spoofed.
I answered this, it said nothing. Do not answer this number, my data on my phone is prolly not safe, stay safe.
I called this number back blocking my number and it doesn't even ring. Clearly spam.
