It is 100 percent Scam call as I check later here it has already notified by may people as a scam call. Called twice, answered the second call. Scam call. Thick accent telling me that my phone number had been randomly selected to win a new Samsung phone and that I would just be able to use my current sim with said new phone. When I gave them nothing answers they hung up.
