These numbers as they are not real, I have put in a complaint via the do not call register. Symbio is their telco. I have received numerous calls from Bankstown with various ending block numbers.

Got a call from this number, didn’t bother to leave a message though. Probably just another spammer. I've been getting these annoying calls all the time, particularly ones starting with 02 8 around Bankstown.
Block these numbers as they are not real, the numbers are not in service.

The phone rang, but they didn't bother leaving a message. I've blocked 'em - too many calls from numbers starting with 028103.
My earlier comment about this being a Binance scam was for the wrong number(s). Oops.
The Wine Guys according to their answering machine, but they will direct you to thewinevault.com.au. If they're like the other wine people who call me from time to time, they'll be very pushy sales people reading from a script.
They call from a view numbers including;

SCAM. Do not answer, just block.
I've only answered 2 of these 02 8103 numbers, of which I've had a few calling me, sometimes multiple times;
1. If you say nothing then the auto dialler bot hangs up. A good way to tell if it's going to be a scam.
2. If you say something then you get the robot voice, a scam telling you that your phone number to your Binance account has been changed.

Called back, got a “number not in service” recording but in an American voice. Seems legit… not.
