What Our Users Reviewed
Scam call. Had all the familiar elements. When answered the woman did not introduce herself, instead asking "Is that...?" with my name that they have on file for my number.
This one was the rebates for solar panels script. Once they said that I told them that's not my name then she said "but are you the owner of the house where you live?" I said no, I'm renting. Without another word she hung up.
The same female Indian voice has called several times. Always a fake landline number, in the afternoon around the same time. They probably think I live in Sydney and are trying to get me around 7 pm, dinner time. They've claimed to be Telstra, Vodafone, website developers, from the government (just "the government", they never say federal or which state or department) about solar rebates.
Still bringing shame to India and costing honest Indian companies their foreign contracts.
