Pair Up ([link] - it's an app/service being provided to HBF members for free currently. I'm chatting with a coach via the app..
Received a call from a company saying that they were working with HBF. Asked for me to confirm my name straight away, which I told them that I didn't want to over the phone. Ask for my address and date of birthday, which I refused to give; they then stated to tell me my date of birth, starting with the year. I told them to send me an email with the details of the call, which they didn't do and also the website address/company name didn't exist either. Very dodgy, don't give out your details.
I had the same number call me claiming it was hbf parenting. They first tried to confirm my name. I simply replied with my nic name Joe. Next the person asked for my home address and date of of birth, to which I told him that I wasn't going to give that information over the phone. He said he understood and would respect my privacy and would tell me my birthday and address. Then the call was disconnected. I would not trust anyone calling from this number - sounds sus.
Just had a call from this number and they said it was HBF Parenting and asked for my daughter I told she doesn't live here anymore and they said ok and hung up- I know for a fact HBF have all her details as she has been dealing with them last month- definitely a scam.
