This phone number was attached as the contact number on a scam email.

The Scam email was a charge for an auto-renewal of a McAfee subscription. In order to “contestl the fake charge you are supposed to Call this number within 24 hours. When you make the call is when you get scammed.

Most likely they’ll ask you to download or open a software that allows them remote access to your computer. They will then snoop around and gather your personal information or copy your passwords if you log onto your bank, etc.
