Hi, yes just received an email from ‘Norton antivirus’ to say my subscription is due for the ’magical’ amount of $399.99. I don’t even have a current Norton account.
I rang the number and had a smooth talking ‘ Asian accent’ man trying to convince me he was real. The invoice number on the downloaded invoice was different to the one on the email. Lost of red flags smelling of a scam.
I received an email warning about a $399 charge that was about to be deducted from my bank account, and this phone number was included on the "invoice". I've also reported this to Norton, as it seems to be a scam.

The number appeared in a so-called "invoice" with title "order refund bill" (doesn't make sense), and pretended to come from Norton via a gmail address (doesn't make sense either)..... scam.
I received a scam email posing as McAfee, instructing me to call the associated phone number to cancel my annual subscription. The email included several grammatical mistakes in the attached PDF, which could raise suspicion. While the email may initially appear authentic, it is important to remain cautious and not to engage with it.
