Got a call from this number and surprise, surprise, they didn't bother leaving a message. Polite as I am, I asked for a message and got nothing. What a waste of time! WOFTAM, as they say.

The message was a recording stating I could be charged with a criminal offence if I did not return their message. I don't think there is a grand jury in Australia.
They pretended to be eBay Security trying to alert me to a hacker. They were good!!!!

This number is definitely a scam and very dangerous. They say you are going to be charged $40 for an Amazon Prime subscription. Not new - however this lot then walk you through the steps to set up the Anydesk on your smart phone or tablet. Not good. This would give them access to your device.
