What Our Users Reviewed
Got a text from “commbank” with a verification code and I do not have a commbank account.
Received an email from PayPal saying someone had tried to charge to my PayPal account and to call 'this TOLL FREE NUMBER +61 (07) 5641 1282' if I hadn't placed the call. So I called the number, the person on the other end didn't do identification checks and when I went to log into my PayPal account I realised I had deleted the account a while ago as none of my emails were connected. I realised I was being scammed when the guy on the phone wanted me to download a remote desktop control app onto my phone. Instantly hung up. He tried to call another five times before giving up, I'll probably get calls tomorrow.
This phone number is now linked to scam PayPal requests for the purchase of mobile phones.
