Phone rang once before I could answer, looks like a telemarketer
Received a call from 07 3544 2687. She introduced herself as Jacinta (I think - very thick accent so a bit hard to understand). She told me she was ringing about the Government Solar Rebate. She asked me if I had solar panels. I asked her what the name of the company was she was ringing from. Again she asked me if I had solar panels. I asked again what the name of the company was. She said Solutions Solar. (Not sure if I really believed her)
I then informed her that she was breaking the law calling me because I am on the Do Not Call Register and that I wanted my name removed from their list (not convinced that this will happen)
She hung up.
I have reported the call to DNCR. I get at least one call a day from “local” Brisbane numbers which I usually don’t bother answering and when they don’t leave a message I just block them. But they continue so I am going to use this tactic for a while.
