Yep just had a KC ring also. She had half the details but that was about it. Very dodgy.
Just received a call stating QLD Communications group wanting to know how many lines we had and how many phones and what our address was. Didn't give any info as she should have know all she was aksing if she really was working in conjunction with the National Broadband Network. Said her name was KC. SCAM.
I received a call from this number claiming to be from the QLD Communications Group because they are upgrading the National Broadband Network in our area... I didn't give them any information, googled the business, and called them, they said that they've had ongoing issues with this scammer calling businesses claiming to be them, and they have tried to find some way to stop them but are powerless.
