I blocked this number a while ago, but it seems they're trying to reach me again. It’s frustrating when they keep coming back even after being blocked.
I received a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon. They stated that someone had used my Amazon account to order an iPhone and were checking to see if I had authorized it—I hadn't, as I don't even have an Amazon account. This is a scam.
I answered the call and greeted the caller in a friendly, elderly voice. They responded repeatedly in a childish voice, only saying "hello" over and over. It was quite strange, so I've decided to block this number and enjoy the rest of my day without any interruptions.
The caller claimed to be from Telstra; however, I don't have any products from Telstra. This is definitely a scam call originating from an Indian call center.
