This number is definitely a scam; it pretends to be from Telstra, an Australian telecommunications company.

The caller claimed to be from NBN, but I am convinced this is a scam, as NBN does not typically call individual customers directly.

It is a scam call that is trying to pretend as a Telstra customer service. Don’t give any information of your details.

Apparently the Telstra technical department want to help me with my phone and internet service that I don't even have a problem with as I don't even use Telstra.

Such a great customer service provider and must have improved as usually when I have called Telstra in the past I'm on hold for hours and put through to multiple people without any resolution. Seems outsourcing their call centres to these India scam centres calling from Australian numbers can improve service and they can anticipate problems before you even have one.

Was called today by an Indian call operator saying they were from Telstra. I don’t use Telstra. It also took a long time and multiple “Hello’s” from my end before they responded so it screams red flags of scamming to me.
