You get a call asking about your "recent car accident". A lady talks (bad English), once you confirm you have had an accident she passes you on to her manager.

1st time (several months ago) my wife gave them a serve back about our bogus accident, she said "Which one, there was 8 or 9 accidents this year". Kept them talking for 5-6 mins until they realised she was doing them back.

2nd time we have had this call my wife put on the fake tears and said she lost her husband.2 of her kids lost limbs, and the dog was crushed. He was amazed but kept on going with the scam and would have continued to try to destroy this poor unfortunate woman further until he eventually twigged.

These thief's are trying to steal your money and have no respect for others. People, please do your best to waste some of their time and money and have fun with it. When everyone does the same it won't be profitable for these scammers and we will all enjoy less of this BS in our lives.
