Same story - from so-called Telstra technical department. 'Going to shut your internet connection next week'. Rambled on about malware and gave the name 'Frank Millar' and a 'Telstra' ID 'C110403' and the 07 30406845 number.

I also received a phone call from telstra scammers, telling me I needed to switch on my computer. I gave them the run around and made them give me their contact details. They gave me this number. Have not called it to verify.
