I was called on this number asking me details as a Body Corporate manager to provide them with details of a sale of a townhouse that is apart of of our body corporate. She said she was representing the owner and wanted details of the body corporate accounts. As I know the sale as gone through and all disclosure statements have been given to the owners I was absolute sure this was a scam to access bank details of the body corporate as a whole I called her bluff and asked for a form 33 of the body corporate act signed by the owners they represented and a fee of $ 36 admin fee then I would send on the informational to the owners. She never got back to me. Beware!!
