Yes I just got this scam text from this number as well to pay a road toll as well from a date in October with a link to pay. I do not have my mobile phone number they text associated with my e-tag.
Think this is a scammer posing as a Road Toll Operator with - "Your toll trip on ##/## has not been charged successfully" followed by a link to "fix" the overdue bill.
I received a suspicious SMS claiming to be about a toll road fee. The message stated: "Payment Overdue Alert: Your toll trip on 09/10 has not been charged successfully. Fix the overdue bill to avert late fees. Visit s.id/1oOST." I'm pretty sure this is a scam.
