Received call today lady claimed they were calling from National Consumer??? Is there such a company? Asked if I heard of Real..... I would assume this is the Real Insurance company. I was asked if I had life insurance I said I had provision for this set aside. The lady said she was not selling anything but needed your name, suburb, postcode then my date of birth;of course I refused her request and how quickly did the lady hang up. There should be a law in place so we do not receive these nuisance calls. I feel for the elderly who are prime targets.

There's an app called " Truecaller " you can block calls and texts from anyone and anytime. Even if you don't know who's calling, if it's a debt collector, or a marketing call out warns you as the call comes thru.
