Buyers beware of this scammer she scammed $150 off me on the 8th February 2021 at 8:21am I received a text from this mobile number 0492024654 regarding my AD I posted on Gumtree.
I posted a wanted ad for a boxer puppy as I just lost mine to old age within half an hour of posting my AD. I received a text I believed her as she said she will text me copy of her Drivers Licence, Address, Photos of the puppy and then she gave me an account which was a Bendigo Account in Adelaide then she said use this account instead ANZ in Coffs Harbour NSW. I transferred the money into her account with description FEMALE BOXER PUPPY we arranged to pick her up on 12th February and I was to make rest of the payment in cash on pickup.
I wasted 4 hour drive costing me full tank of fuel plus toll fees on top of the money I had already lost. I did not receive NO PUPPY but was told by the police when I took my ‘phone to them showed them text messages, puppy photos, address and Drivers Licence that address did not match the details on Licence and that I have been scammed.
Now I have seen this same person with same mobile number has scammed another person claiming they had a MACAW for sale.
PLEASE BUYERS BECAREFUL THERE IS TOO MANY SCAMMERS AND THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH IT.
This person is a scammer and not only did they scam me they committed identity theft by using a 16 year old girls Drivers Licence which I have that evidence on my phone.
