Received a call from a guy named Cassidy referring to an National Broadband Network issue we recently had - its been 22mnths since we had an issue. He was surprised when I advised I wasn't having any issues at this address currently, he did not know about our other addresses on our account and was extremely vague when I asked him questions to see if he was referring to one of these.. He hung up when I asked which company he worked for. Rang him back, went straight to VM with a generic 'the person can not be reached' message.
