This is a scam. The voicemail I received lasted 17 seconds and said, "Hello, immigrations and checkpoints authority, there is a letter that has not been collected," followed by words in Chinese. This message is definitely fake and seems to be from a scammer.
I received a call from a number where a woman was speaking in Chinese Simplified. I did not answer, but the accompanying SMS had a voicemail message in Mandarin that sounded fraudulent. I hung up immediately upon hearing the message. This type of scam calling is infuriating!

Block them and put your phone on to automatically silence unknown callers. If they aren’t in your contacts don’t bother answering the call. Legit callers leave messages. Send a message to these idiots.
