Left a message saying they were Telstra and was seeing unusual activity on my phone.
Started with “Chinese embassy” and then said “your passport application form is incorrect, please contact us immediately to correct it” then for about half a minute she talked in Chinese, Btw I have never left Australia, not even my state, and I have never planned on travelling. The person who called me had the biggest Chinese accent.

I suspect this call is spam. When I tried to return the call using a different number, I received a recorded message stating, "the inbox is full, goodbye," which raised further suspicion.
They left a robotic voicemail stating that my phone account is about to be canceled, which seemed ridiculous and clearly spam.
