Got a message this morning from 0488883959 saying they had been contacted by Homes Victoria to carry out an energy efficiency on my property with the installation of a reverse cycle aircon. Gives you a number to call 5278 7996 and of course no-one answers, but the message says that they will call you back, leave a message. I missed the return call and rang the mobile number back and surprise it isn't contactable who would have thought, I am now searching for the large hairy rat.
