It is a text message from a medical centre to confirm a booking, in our case it was Ginninderra medical centre but it doesn't tell you that until you open the message. We have let the centre know so that they start the message with something more meaningful.
This number was sent to me to confirm/cancel my appointment at the medical centre in Queensland which I did have an appointment for. I responded and it mentioned that they are using this service to confirm your appointment (or I could have replied with an SMS) but asks if you will be attending or not. I chose this and it appears to be legit and is a service they are now using. My appointment details were correct. This was the first time I responded by touching the screen instead of replying by sms. Hope this alleviates any concerns.
