Same thing happened to me, they call me everyday but I cannot call them back.
Just received a call form this number today. It is about macquarie or insurance something like that.
I have been getting a call from this number in the middle of the day and it terminates as soon as I answer.I've tried calling the number but my phone won't allow the call to go through. A phone trace says that it originates in the area of Kerala in Southern India.
