Same as the other person. Man speaking Chinese from China, made it sounds like I know him, stayed on the phone for about a minute declined his friendly invitation to lunch (??!!), I let him know I couldn't remember him at all and it felt really uncomfortable and suss but he was very friendly and warm on the phone so hard to get off the phone. Glad checked it after and I blocked the number!
