I have been receiving numerous calls from various numbers, and this one is no exception. It appears to be a persistent sales representative trying to reach me about their offers, which I'm sure are scams.
This number is associated with unsolicited sales of wine. I continue to receive calls from this number and several others with slightly different last three digits. I strongly advise blocking them.
