I just left a review for number 0485 938 274 from people claiming to be from Telstra. Please add to that 0485 905 730 and 0485 971 810. The other two calls I received were from these numbers.
I received a call about 2 hours ago. The third today from similar numbers. Each telling me they were from Telstra and wanted to fix my "internet I.p. problem" for me. I asked if they wanted access to my computer and was told "NO". I was then asked to key into my URL line "www.anydesk..." This enables the caller to access your computer from wherever they are and they can access your personal docs, banking, Cenrelink, passwords, etc. EVERYTHING. They had Asian accents and when I did a reverse lookup for the numbers the descriptions were all in Chinese. I fortunately terminated the calls and did not allow them access. Be on the look out for bogus calls from people claiming to be from Telstra and also the Visa/Mastercard Security Department. I told the first caller (who wanted to call me back later) that in the meantime I would go off and watch a good movie again - "The Beekeeper".
