They get our information that is on sold by 3rd and 4th parties. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION and asked to be taken off their database. I have lodged their details with ACMA, ACCC & ASIO. If they persist on calling, ask them the source of their database. Their way of introducing themselves to clients is unprofessional.
