The caller claimed to be from Dell and wanted to verify my work email address for accounts. I refused to assist as I have no involvement with accounts. A few days later, I received a phishing email pretending to be from my manager, urging me to click on a link, which I recognized as suspicious because our email system warns us about foreign sources.
