    Suspicious Amazon Charge Call Attempt

Just had a call from this number saying my Amazon account was about to be charged for a large purchase amount and they needed to know whether to stop it. Apart from the fact that I don’t have an Amazon account, the attitude and tone of the call wasn’t right. I questioned the caller and they wanted to send me a code for something and the more I questioned, the more they got frustrated and hung up.

I don’t give any information out and was about to terminate the call myself.

    Uncomfortable Call with Confusing Response

I received a call from an unknown number. When I answered, there was a brief pause followed by a sound that resembled a bloop noise. An Asian female voice then said, "Hello?" I responded with "Hello," but she repeated, "I speak with [name]?" I acknowledged and said, "Yes." After another pause, she asked again, "Hello?" Frustrated, I eventually told her to "F*** off." This call felt suspicious and unprofessional.
