This number keeps calling me but never leaves a voicemail.
The caller claimed to be from Telstra and requested my IP address. They asked if I knew how to change my IP address and offered to assist me with this to prevent getting scammed. The call ended abruptly after they instructed me to open Google for further assistance. When I called the number back, I got an automated message from a foreign lady prompting me to press button 1, 2, or 3 for customer service options.
Scam number didn’t leave. No voicemail just rang and hung up.
Mobile number 0485 855 484 called & hung up, called back and a foreign sounding lady asked for the owner, that she is ringing from Information Connect - Inactive Super Funds.
I did not identify myself, said that Gov does not call people from mobile numbers, and that this call will be reported to TIO and ACCC. This is likely a SPAM call / BLOCK. Report.
