I received a spam text stating that my PayPal account is locked, which I suspect is not legitimate.
I received a text message asking for money related to an accident I had three years ago while driving a city council bus, which has nothing to do with me. I believe these messages come from individuals posing as insurance agents using fraudulent methods to exploit the public. Please block them.

When I told her I was also recording this conversation for my own training and quality purposes she said she can't give her permission for that I said well why can't I record this conversation for my own personal records and once again she said she can't give her permission then I said well I also don't give you my permission to record this conversation and she says she will have to hang up and I said well if you're only recording conversations for training and quality purposes what does it matter if you record this conversation or not she just said it's their policy and I said well I'm just going to have to hang up then....... If anyone gets a call from this number do not let agencies like this dictate to you!
