Caller leaves no other details, does not know anything about me and wants to talk about stock buying or selling. He appears to be calling from a call center. He has called me before several weeks before and I had blocked his number then and now he is calling me from a different number. Strongly suspect that this is scammer attempting to solicit financial information. So many red flags here.
