I received a call from a scammer trying to compare electricity bills while asking for my personal information. I refused to engage and politely told them I wasn't interested, at which point they abruptly hung up.
This is a scammer posing as an electricity company. They could not provide me with any details about my account and abruptly hung up during our conversation.
