I received a call claiming to be from Apple Pay, stating that my account was temporarily disabled because I hadn't followed their rules. They urged me to click a link to resolve the issue. I do not have an Apple Pay account, so I believe this is a scam.

02 9098 3483 - 02 9098 has become synonymous with scam calls. There are over 40 reported scam numbers with this prefix. There have been reports of aggressive phone behaviour, silence, hang-ups, impersonations and various attempts to gain access personal and private information. There are also reports from users of attempts to call these numbers back after missing the call only to find the number is disconnected, not in service or identifying as an unknown (dubious?) offshore entity. All Users, please exercise caution when interacting any number starting with 02 9098.
02 8381 0673 - The caller claimed to be from the non-existent Bank of Western Australia while I live in Sydney. When I sarcastically remarked that the call didn't sound like a scam, he fell silent. I could hear a noisy call center in the background, and when I inquired about the purpose of his call, he merely responded with "sorry?" indicating he was not prepared to provide any genuine information.
03 9969 9601 - Just had a missed call. Rang back. Man answered and said call was about energy. I apologized but I have solar on…. And he muttered something and hung up. Rude if nothing else.
