Tried to have some items delivered via this Uber driver to my friend at an hotel, gave directions where they would collect the delivery from, driver drove passed the drop off point and parked down the road, refused to go back to drop off point, cancelled my order and left.
+61482094373 called today and according to my call history, twice way back in March this year. No message was left. I'm assuming most likely scammers.
Uber driver pretends that the food is late and sits in the parking lot to make a story upon arrival to drive ratings. "the restaurant was really busy, I could have taking other orders but wanted to wait... (etc)".
We know because the first time we thanked them, then they did it the second time and we called the restaurant to which they told us the food had been ready for a while. When we called to ask the driver why they were lying, the driver cancelled the delivery and uber said "finding another delivery person"
