Definitely a scam call. Asked for the wrong name, claimed to be from my local council City of Maroondah.
Despite what I said, wanted to do a quick survey on standard of living. When I asked for a contact number he hung up.
The accent was definitely Indian. I think it is time we took legal action against the phone companies that are being used for making international phone calls look like local ones.
