I answered a call from someone claiming to be from Foxtel. After a long pause, when I mentioned I was at work and could not talk, they continued speaking anyway, which made me uncomfortable, and I eventually hung up.
I suspect that this call was a scam. The caller knew my name and wanted to discuss my Foxtel account. I told him I would contact Foxtel directly instead, and he responded with a rude remark, prompting me to hang up the phone.
