I did not answer this call, and there was no voicemail left. When I called back, I received an error message on my phone stating "Unknown Server Error." My phone later identified the call as Spam. This is likely a scam or a spoofed number, so I reported and blocked it.
I didn't answer but rang back a minute later and a recorded message said it was EMRS Surveys or something like that. Although I once did phone people to do surveys, I won't respond in kind, so hung up.
Phoned and left no message. I assume it is a scam.
