Scam. Send a SMS saying "Hello - Your item is being held at our intl forwarding centre. Please follow instructions:" with a link. Link goes to a website that looks like TNT/Fedex and gives a tracking number, requesting a $2 payment for customs duty. Called TNT and confirmed the tracking number is fake and it is a scam. Ignore and block the number.
