Received a text message at 5:00 PM yesterday. It says:

"Bendigo: Your new device has been registered for e-banking on Wednesday 13/07. If this was NOT you, please visit: [link here]."

I don't bank with Bendigo, nor would I believe that text message even if I did. But it will definitely fool a lot of people as it looks completely legitimate. Even the link address (which I didn't click on, obviously) looked very real.

I received a text message claiming to be about Omicron exposure, instructing me to click a link to receive a free PCR test kit.

I was asked for my car registration and credit card details to supposedly update my Linkt account. I feel uneasy about this request and suspect it might be a scam.

V

I received a text message saying it was nice to meet me and added me on WhatsApp. I don't know who this person is.
