They also go by General Cleaning Solutions - I hired them to “steam clean” two of my rugs. They basically just soaked them in water and left, saying they would “dry in 2hrs” - they took two days in front of a heater, smelt terrible and looked grubbier than before.

Total scammers! Like others, we paid handsomely for possum removal and "treatment". They were very aggressive about getting paid upfront. They left a dodgy cage in a spot which didn't make sense. Nothing happened and they cut off communications.

Avoid like a plague!

This number also connects to Bright and Shine Carpet Cleaning who pretend to be at St Kilda, VIC. The number you book through is an Indian booking call centre. The call centre will only text you an email address to make contact after job is done (badly)

I called the office and they said to email me my query. I did that and they kept making excuses after all my grievances I said. I asked for a refund and they said they will not provide it and that the case is closed when clearly it isn’t as they haven’t completed the job. No possum was caught. They are scam artists. Pat was saying how he just goes to rich people’s houses and they pay the big bucks for him to catch the possum in the cage. This could be a lie but they are definitely money hungry. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a total scam. They collected linen curtains to dryclean and returned them wet in bag with extra stains and completely different colour. They bleached the curtains and advised they will send someone out to look at outcome. The phone number is now consistently engaged!!

But for good measure I've spoken with Aust Federal Police and given them the registered business address 47 Girgarre St Broadmedows VIC which they will be visiting in he near furture and even better if it is a fake address, the Feds will just love that!

Well these guys are in Adelaide. Same phone number Pioneer Maintenance Services. ABN 27 116 958 265. Paid $500 for possum removal. They put a trap in the roof have not seen them since. Asked for my money back and got all the excuses under the sun. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. Beware. Reported to consumer affairs.

Unfortunately, I can add here — this number and business ABN 55 183 411 466 are scams. They quoted sofa cleaning service only to show up and say the job would cost twice as much. The cleaner also encouraged me to call his boss and cancel the job so that he could offer me a discount and be paid directly. Finally, he tried to collect my full bank details. Scamming on several levels. Have placed several calls back to the number to try and resolve, always being promised a call back — which never comes.

This lot are alive and well in the ACT and running a curtain cleaning scam.

Sure, they pick the curtains up (this is Sam, mobile number 0499 007 407) who then neither delivers the curtains back nor returns calls nor answers text.

Sam is a tall, young man, of Indian origin. He is friendly and personable but clearly has no moral/ethical compass behind his pleasant face.

They masquerade as Target Curtain Cleaning in the ACT, with the mobile 0488 851 508. If you type that number into Google, you will fall off your chair seeing the number of 'businesses' it belongs to all up the east coast of Australia - curtains, carpets, possums, dead animal removal, duct cleaning. Their services are only limited by their collective and criminal imaginations. I'll be putting in a police report and writing to whoever issues ABNs to (putative) commercial businesses.

This is a SCAM Home Maintenance Company. They are dishonest and hiding behind different websites offering sham services. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.

We paid for Possum Removal and they were deceptive and dishonest and lied about the scope of services.

This is a scan Pest Control Company in ACT. THey have a supposed 24/7 service, they quote a price, someone goes to the premises, the price goes up, they want payment via credit card, the price goes up again. THe accounts dept calls to get credit card payment saying the job has been completed and wants payment. The job actually has not been done and they lie detailing what they say has been done. DO NOT PAY. We caught them out and they hung up.
