They text saying their online payment portal isn’t working, they ask for a screen shot of payment before posting then absolutely nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR SITE! SCAM!

Absolutely disgusting people, assured me it wasn’t a scam and even sent proof of orders coming through via bank transfer. Sent me a fake tracking number. Never responded to me even when I begged them to reply. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. $90 GONE. Report them and be sure to advise all of your friends not to trust them. No matter what they say they will never be honest about a transaction. I even accused them of being scammers and they called me rude. Lol, imagine getting offended when being called a scammer which is what you are. DISGUSTING.
Thought that these guys were a scam by looking at the reviews but my parcel arrived in 1 day which was the best I did tell them about the reviews and they are competitors trying to take them down which is real sad.
