Scammer. He was using a common phone sales script that I reconnised from previous scammers. Hi (wrong name), follow up from your enquiry last year, blah blah. When I pushed for there details, and they was contacting, I realised the had the wrong person details, and it's the same old phone script that a lor of scammers use. Notional Investment Centre blah blah. It doesn't exist. Scam. Beware of your wallet.
