Just received a call telling me she was from the commonwealth bank that they have just found some strange activity on my account that a transaction request from a US shopping company was trying to transfer $800 from my bank account, went through all the right questions, have I done any online shopping, when was the last time I used my debit card etc. She gave me her name as Jenny Lama with employee number AM12446, she then asked me to put her on speaker and log into my bank account, when I told her I would NOT be doing that, I will ring the commonwealth bank directly and check all this, she hung up. SCAM.
