I received a text message:
IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM WESPAC.
Your mobile & Live Internet Banking access has been suspended. We have done this to help protect the security of your account. To unlock your account please visit your nearest Westpac branch with your photo ID or go to: Westpac.express/lockout & follow prompts.
I don't even have a Westpac account and when I rang the number (used a different phone) it went straight to message bank.
