This number appears to be a scam, as the caller pretended to be sending a code for an Osko Payment, which raises red flags for fraudulent activity.
Scammers used this phone number to clean out my bank account of my life savings. Don't answer this number under no circu.
This number sent me an SMS claiming to provide a code for accessing an account. The message also instructed me to call a 1300 number if the message was unexpected. I did not engage further by clicking or calling any numbers listed in the message.
I received a message urging me not to share a secure code (316128) related to my internet or mobile banking login. This raised an alarm for me that it was a scam attempt!
I received a text message claiming to be from Linkt which stated: "Linkt: You have a toll notice on 06/01/2023 that has been unpaid for over 30 days. Visit etag.ink/3RNBXnj." I feel very hesitant to click on this link given the message's poor language, which indicates that the sender may not be a native English speaker.
I received a standard reminder message informing me that my credit card payment is due. This is a routine notification I receive each month, and I have no issues with it.
This number accurately provided the last four digits of my Westpac credit card while informing me about a minimum payment of $10 due on November 14, 2022. However, it also included an underscored date, which raises suspicion about the intention to deceive. I do not have Autopay set up on my card and have never received a payment reminder via SMS from Westpac. I believe this is a scam designed to trick me into clicking on a link related to the date provided.
