This number called, and wouldn’t you know it, the bloke claimed he was from the police asking for the owner. Felt a bit off, so didn’t give anything away. Just seems fishy to me.
The caller claimed to represent a police association when they contacted my restaurant today. However, I was busy at the time and could not engage in conversation. It's unclear if this is a legitimate inquiry or a potential scam.

The caller claimed to be from the Police and the Association, insisting on speaking with the owner or manager directly. I asked him to leave a message for the owner instead, but he continued to push for direct contact. I told him that if he were genuinely from the police, he could find the owner's contact details on his own. This situation felt very dubious.
