The owner of this number is an eBay seller who has scammed me out of $1303.00, I thought I was buying a remote control quad-copter from him (DJI PHANTOM), I later discovered that he won the item from a seller in China for $650 (He is the person that actually out-bid me for that exact item item), then resold it and basically ripped me off, he had admitted to me that he shill bid on said item to earn more money, he then tells me he has to get the money back from the seller in China before he can give back my money, I told him to file a dispute (which I have also done), but then he started becoming abusive and indicated that I won't be getting my money back, the worse thin is I borrowed the money of my mother's credit card, who both her and I are on a pension (my mother on aged pension, I am on a disability pension - she has a credit card because of obtaining a home loan)... Someone please help, I need the location as to tell the police where to locate him.
